Virtual care as an employee benefit.

Services

Three connected services. One contract.

Each service is priced per employee, per month, and delivered by the same employed clinical team. A late-night urgent care visit and a Tuesday-morning injury triage share one record, one standard of care and one line on your invoice.

01

Virtual Direct Primary Care

Give your workforce a front door to everyday healthcare. Each enrolled employee keeps the same clinician, so history carries forward instead of restarting at every visit — and urgent care runs through the same team.

Same-day access, 24/7/365 One named clinician, kept over time Urgent care included — nights, weekends, holidays

02

Workers’ Compensation

Respond faster when a workplace injury happens. Reaching a clinician from the job site supports earlier triage, a more appropriate treatment pathway and less disruption to the shift.

Triage from the job site, not the clinic A treatment pathway matched to the injury Documentation formatted for your carrier

03

Corporate Weight Loss Program

Support the conditions that drive long-term cost. Clinician-led metabolic care addresses the underlying condition rather than the claims that follow it.

Clinician assessment and labs before any plan Medication management where clinically indicated Dietitian and coaching support between visits

Commercial model

One rate. No claims math.

A flat rate per employee covers unlimited visits across all three services — no claims-based billing, no facility fees, no minimum-utilization clawback. The line item is knowable before the plan year starts.

Per employee, per month
$34

Unlimited primary and urgent care for the employee and their dependents. One line on one invoice.

Cost to the employee
$0

Nothing to pay at the point of care, so cost is never the reason a visit gets postponed.

Setup and implementation
$0

Eligibility file, launch communications and portal configuration included.

Implementation

Live in about thirty days.

We run the launch. Your team sends one file and approves the wording.

Week 1

Scoping

Headcount, locations, plan design, comp arrangement. We model expected engagement and show you the assumptions behind it.

Week 2

Eligibility

One file, one secure transfer. We configure your employer portal and agree on a reporting cadence.

Week 3

Communications

Launch email, break-room posters and a manager brief, written by us, branded to you, approved by you.

Week 4

Live

Your people can book. The first utilization report follows six weeks later.

The business case

Fewer gaps. Fewer lost shifts.

The value is not in the visit price. It is in the care that happens earlier and the shift nobody loses. We report both quarterly, with the assumptions shown.

Questions

What buyers ask before signing.

Can we buy one program without the others?

Yes. Most organizations start with direct primary care or workers’ compensation and add metabolic care at the next renewal. The rate is quoted per service.

Does this replace our carrier?

No. Red Grove Health sits alongside your existing plan as the first point of contact for everyday needs. No carrier change, no plan redesign, no disruption at open enrollment.

How is workers’ compensation billed?

Separately from the per-employee rate, under your existing comp arrangement. Triage notes arrive formatted for your carrier and your OSHA log from day one.

What visibility do we get?

A quarterly utilization and outcomes pack with the assumptions shown, plus an employer portal for eligibility, enrollment and invoices.

What happens to dependents?

Covered under the same rate for primary and urgent care. Dependents are often where engagement, and goodwill, come from.
